equal在這裡是代表noun 還是adjective? 可以這樣放在verb後面嗎?不須用pre-position 連繫??

Let's look at " XXX finished equal" as a phrase. A kind of oral English.


"equal" is an adjective and " equally" is an adverb.


It is impossible that " equally" is a verb!!!!!!!!!!!


I suggest you use " equally" in the sentence.


XXXXXXXXXXbecause the leading competitors have tied the game.<--( You may try this as well.)

其實成個sentence應該係咁..

An extra competition or election is to be held to decide the winner due to the leading competitors finishing equally.

咁樣, equal變咗verb.
