Cat pee smell. Can't get rid of it?

Does anyone know how to eradicate the stench of cat urine on a concrete floor. Despite using most domestic cleaning agents, surgical spirit, etc it's still there. (Please no offensive replies)
Thank you

Not sure about concrete as it absorbs so easily, however try:

If it is wet, warm some flour and cover it , that will absorb it and most of the smell, brush up when dry

50% water and 50% white vinegar into a spray bottle, kitchen paper towel (use a clean pieces each time), spray and blot ( the easiest way is to stand on it especially on fabrics or carpets) spray and blot and continue until the smell is gone, this removes the smell even for the cats sensitive nose, or pour neat vinegar over it if it is outside.

If it is outside: The other one is 'Jeyes' fluid (don't know if you have it wherever you live) or a parvo distinfectant these are very strong used for infection areas or maybe a neat thick bleach poured directly onto it, rinsed and brushed off.

Try an enzymatic cleaner like nature's miracle let it soak in. Then sprinkle baking soda (a lot) over the whole area and let it sit for at least one night and more would be better. Than vacuum it up. That usually works for all sufaces including concrete.

cat pee is the worst smell none to man, go to a pet store and get a de ode-riser with enzymes, it must have enzymes this will break down the smell biologically

First, as difficult as it may be for you, DON'T ADOPT THE CAT. I have an old cat who pees on everything. It makes your house smell horrible, and it is very difficult to remove the odor. You do need to find the items she has peed on and try to get rid of them. You can also try to steam clean your carpet, my local grocery store rents out carpet cleaners. I hope this helps!

Someone told me once to try a mixture of hydrogen peroxide, dish soap and baking soda. I never actually did that, but I did just slosh a huge amount of hydrogen peroxide on the floor (it was bathroom tile) and it worked like a charm. When I have to do it, I wipe up any mess left by my favorite kitty, slosh on the peroxide, and let it dry on it's own. I might wipe it down again with water later, but usually I just let it dry. Not sure what that would do to concrete though.

Enzyme cleaner, a baking soda mix (water and baking soda), vinegar mix (vinegar and water) or even a vodka mix (water and vodka)

If you go with the vodka, start drinking it and you won't care about the pee smell anymore! Just kidding of course (perhaps...), but these are effective methods to remove cat odor. I'd also suggest spraying the area after it's clean with an enzyme cleaner because they make the cat not want to pee there anymore. Or you can use a citrus-y smell in that spot because cats hate citrus and it'll help your home smell nice.
