有關會計入帳問題

您說的兩個入數方法，都是對的，用那一個方法，是在乎於您公司用Perpetual inventory system 還是Periodic inventory system方式共處理存貨賬目。

如果是用｢Perpetual｣存貨方式，所有關存貨的交易都只會入賬到 Stock Account，而 Purchase account 是不會存在於｢Perpetual｣內。在這情況下，老闆提取貨物，就應 Dr Drawings, Cr Stock.

如果用｢Periodic｣存貨方式，Stock Account 的 balance 會保持和期初/年初一樣，直到期未/年未，才把 Stock Account 的 balance 攺成盤點(physical stock-take)後的金額，所有當年的購貨，都會 Dr Purchase Account，而並非 Stock Account。在這情況下，老闆提取貨物，就應 Dr Drawings, Cr Purchase.

在 Perpetual inventory system 出訂單訂貨，條 entry 點做。
而 Purchase account 是不會存在於｢Perpetual inventory system｣內。

情況：分別在1個月及3個月支付2次訂金，半年內支付餘下尾數。
3個月後交付第一批貨，貨品餘數需於4個月內全數交收。

條 entry 是否要考慮貨品 及 交易 的性質。
有那些公司不適合用 ｢Perpetual inventory system｣。
