我做梗個功課,
講一間公司由人手化轉為電腦化
題目問點樣確保公司可以順暢運行至電腦化?

我淨係諗到training staff, meeting with managers
同埋 Examine the record system...

有無人幫到我?
有冇其他suggestions?
事關我一出黎做野已經完全電腦化,

Short list consultants / project manager( (選擇顧問/項目經理)

Form internal steering commitee with representives from different departments (組織公司內部委員會,有各部代表)

Perform system analysis (進行系統分析)

Draw up user requirements of departments (制訂各部門的用家需求)

Draw up system requirements (制訂系統需求)

Short list of software and hardware vendor (選擇軟件及硬件供應商)

Perform project evaluation including financial budgts and other resources requirement (進行項目評估制訂, 包括財務預算及其他時資源的需要)

Draw up a detialed plan incl. timetable and resources deployment (制訂時間表及資源部署等的詳細計劃書)

Obtain approval from board of directors (取得董事局的批准)

Start the project officially according to the abovementioned plan (依據以上所述的項目計劃書開正式始進行這項目)

Perform progress reveiew, amend the plan if neccessary (回顧及探討進度, 並驗查是否需要修攺計劃書)

Carry out staff training (進行員工培訓)

Perform system and user requirement tests (進行系統及用家需求的測試)

其他suggestion:
1.未落實全面用新系統之前,做beta版本俾唔同部門試左先,然後俾問卷佢地填返(or其他方法俾feedback)以收集用家的意見去完善系列!(亦可以係meeting with users!唔係只係training咁簡單!)
2.從外請d新人or後生仔入公司做,以便internally帶起用電腦既氣氛!(舊人唔好好地去學便會被叮走!)
