有網球訓練班問題........

我會建議你參加香港網總架tennis for all。呢種訓練班分開四個程度,分別係elementary,intermediate,advanced and ITN。一般beginners會由elementary班開始,有進步同埋得到coach推薦架話就可以升級。而coach同埋球員架比例通常為1:10,有兩個場,每堂兩個鐘。今年網總係八月會畀新架球員加入,而家要盡快報名,就算而家可能已經過咗deadline,但係都仲可以join。
