其實讀master of accounting 對考cpa有咩幫助？？

It will not be anby easier to get CPA than the normal way. It is an alternated way to get CPA, not by any mean easier

同埋最短既master課程係咪最少都要兩年半？

2 years, if you did 3 semester per year

如果想要澳洲既citizenship, master既課程會唔會加分？

you will have an extra 5 points if you do a MAster degree on top of your Bachelor Degree. You will have 15 more points if you are able to secure a job in Australia

同埋澳門有冇得考cpa架？？

No, CPA must be obtain in Australia you can convert your CPA qualification to anywhere in the world, but that will not be CPA qualification.....
