Now agent "A" called me and want to claim me, what can I do? Can I complain to EAA that agent "A" for breaching code of conduct?
3.4.1 Estate agents and salespersons, in engaging and accepting an appointment as an agent, should protect and promote the interests of their clients, carry out the instructions of their clients in accordance with the estate agency agreement and act in an impartial and just manner to all parties involved in the transaction.
Will I win the case and not pay agent "A" the commission? Because agent "A"s asking price is higher than agent "B"? As a buyer, we always want to buy at the cheapest price and I don't understand why agent "A"'s asking price is higher than agent "B"?
Also, agent "A" said if we don't reply him then he will send a lawyer letter to us. I have asked help from agent "B" and he said he will ask his senior to talk to agent "A"s senior because both their companies are from the same 集團. Shall I wait for him or complain to EAA directly? What should I do now?

我和經記A簽了睇樓紙看一個單位,經記A說賣家開460萬而我出445萬。經記A說賣家不接受且透露賣家最低價455萬。 因我的預算只有450萬而經記A談不到我的預算所以就沒在和經記A出價了。同一天經記B問我看過這個單位沒我說看過了他說賣家開450萬所以我就和經記B出價最後成交449萬。當我去簽臨時買賣合約時經記B要我簽睇樓紙雖然他沒有再帶我去睇樓。現在經記A打來說要追討他的1%假如我不答應他就要發律師信給我所以我找了經記B求救。經記B說星期一幫我問他的律師看可以怎麼做要不然叫他公司高層和經記A的高層談(因兩家是屬於同一個集團)。
