Somebody please identify this Chinese food product?

It is a type of mushrooms.

Small umbrella shape mushrooms. Very tasty.

It's a fungus/mushroom, usually can be stir fried or used in soup if raw. However, the bag's instruction seems to indicate it's preprocessed/pre-cooked, and can be eaten right away.

if the content is dry -- boil and eat...
if it's pickled -- just fish it out of the packet and consume...
generally they are fungi...

it's some mushroom. According to the packaging, just open the bag and eat away.

I think that it is some type of noddles stuff. I think those are mushrooms. or chicken.. I think it is similar to chow mien

I have lived in China six years - I wouldn't eat it

A mixture of three different kinds of mushrooms for cooking purposes... I guess.
