When you say "south part of Vancouver", do you mean the Greater Vancouver area or the city Vancouver? If you're talking about the city of Vancouver, then the south part would be anywhere close to the Knight St. bridge (south east), and Oak St. Bridge (south west). The closer you are to the bridges to Richmond, the souther you are in the city of Vancouver. So, in regards to your other posted question, downtown Vancouver would be considered the north part of Vancouver (closer to the bridges to North and West Vancouver).

If you mean the south part of Greater Vancouver area, then the areas would be Richmond, Ladner, Tsawassen, White Rock, Surrey, Langley. The closer you are to the CAN-US border, the more south you are.
