General management like Business Administraton should include the following subjects, General business management, Organization Behaviour, HR management, Time & project management, Production management, Marketing management, Accounting management, Financial management & etc. I will suggest you try HKU or CU, they offer such a good management course and lecturing structure is the best amongst all University in Hong Kong.
