I LOVE to sing and I've posted videos on youtube and have gotten good comments so I assume I'm good! My problem is that as soon as I put instrumental to it my voice goes all funny at the notes you have to belt out! I don't know what it is. It's just like I feel weird singing with other music sometimes it's OK but most it sounds really BAD! Could vocal exercises or anything else help me with it! Can it be fixed or do I have to practice cause I'm not used to singing instrumental either! What you need to do is find someone a producer that can remake the songs you like to sing. Sing the song for him or her all the way through so they can hear your key changes and the music can be tailored to fit your true voice. Practice with it a lot so your comfortable and i think you'll be on your way.. oh ya and it shouldn't sound like karaoke because karaoke tracks are for the none singing type! but some are good just hard to find.

i'm no longer a huge fan of the song Brown Paper Bag (i do no longer probable like DJ Khaled's production that plenty, its redundant.) yet I do like underground rap and hip hop. no longer this rubbish thats on the radio at the instant.
