不是.
atom是由3種fundamental subatomic particles組成.
Proton, neutron, electron所組成,那當然atom即使mass係10^-23也不是最小的.

而這3隻fundamental subatomic particles中,
proton size : neutron size : electron size
= 1 : 1 : 1/1837
所以electron係最小的.

Besides proton, neutron and electron, these particles are made of quarks.

There are 6 types of quarks, Up(上), Down(下), Top(頂), Bottom(底), Strange(奇) and Charm(粲)

In these 6 types, Up quark carries +2/3e(charge), Down quark carries -1/3e.

For a proton, it is made up of 2 Up quarks and 1Down quark then the sum of charge is +1.

For a neutron, it is made of 1 Up quark and 2 Down quarks then the sum of charge is 0.

For a electron, it is not really a "particle" so we may not consider it.
