想移民澳洲,有關skill assessment同MODL?

However, there are some question i would answer you for free.

我想移民澳洲, 可以在那裏做skill assessment?

You can only do it from ACS - Australian Computer Society. You need to forward your skill assessment to their office in Australia or personally attend their office in Australian Capital City.

You cannot do any skill assessment in HK.

我本身做IT, webprogramming in C#.net, 係MODL內, 有四年工作經驗,要點寫先可以過到skill assessment?

還有, 我想apply via Skilled Independent (subclass 175). 呢個subclass要我係Skilled Occupation List (SOL)裏面. 但其實我只係programmer, 唔係Skilled Occupation List (SOL)裏面.但因為我識 .net, 所以我係MODL裏, 咁我可唔可以apply via subclass 175呢?

You can apply if you have a Regonised Computing Degree (Bachelor, master or PhD) and have it passed the assessment. Programmer or not is only a title you do, not what you CAN do. Skill nominated based on the fact that what you can do in Australia. Computer Professional is what you can do in Austrlaia if you have an valid computing degree cos it only require a person to have degree education major in computing.

Ok, let me put in some more free tips for you.....

You need to get MODL List point, you need to pass the skill assessment first. The thing is, there are no C# Programmer in Skill list, all they have is Computer Professional who specialised in C# Programming

SO, when you have your skill assessed, the academic document is used to help you get a Computer Professional (nec), but other document proof of experience and employment would count into the professional area you are in. in your case. C#
