nope.Cut into small pieces they're great as training treats. I prefer to use "people" food for training because you can put it in your mouth which keeps your hands free.
Hot dogs are no worse for dogs than they are for people. Keep in mind that all-beef hotdogs have a fairly high fat content so they can be calorie-rich. Just be aware of how much you're giving and don't overdo it. Be especially careful if you have a small dog since they require far fewer calories per day than people realize. If you give your dog some hot dog, take this into account at meal time and reduce the amount of dog food you feed accordingly.
