1. The cost of the car = 212 500 + 37 500 = $250 000The percentage loss
= loss / cost X 100%
= 37 500 / 250 000 X 100%
= 15%
2. 1/x : 1/y : 1/z = 9 : 2 : 5
x : y : z = 1/9 : 1/2 : 1/5
= 1/9 X 90 : 1/2 X 90 : 1/5 X 90 (通分母)
= 10 : 45 : 18
