I do love you.
可能說了 I love you 但對方不相信,爲了强調愛意,說 I do love you。

I wanna to see you 是錯的。 Wanna 就是 Want to,wanna to 就即是 'want to to',就不對了。

I wanna see you = informal and casual(美式口語)
I want to see you = more formal

I do love you = formal (but also applicable in conversations)

Lots of poems use similar ways of emphasizing.

i love you 同 i do love you 係一樣.

i wanna to see you 個wanna 係口語化的want or wanting
唔係US/UK的分別
同i want to see you 一樣..
