How do I solve this? (-2-2)-8?

Do i distribute the -8? or do i first complete whats in the parenthesis and then subtract 8 from that?

order of operation.
(-2-2)-8 =
(-4)-8 =
32.

The equations in the parentheses always comes first, so the answer is -4. -4 - -8 = -12.
The answer is -12, I'm positive.

- 4 - 8
- 12

then Exponents
then multiplication and division
then addition and subtraction

(-4) - 8 = -12

Brackets always come first. so you get -4-8 = -12
