Chinese sweet tofu soup?

It's commonly eaten for breakfast sometimes with sugar water. I had it at a dim sum place and I'd like to know what it's called.

In Chinese, it's called 豆腐花 (/tofu fa/) or 豆花 (/to fa/). It's generally eaten as a dessert. It can be either hot or cold, sweet or salty. It's like a soy milk jelly.

It could have been Hot and Sour soup, but then again, it's not necessarily something I could picture having for breakfast so I don't know.
