regard 和 consider 這兩字在應用上的分別:
(1) Use "regard" or "considedr" as a verb, to mean "treat" or "look upon" 解 [當作]:通常用在 通知書或授權書。在這用法,[regard] 和 [consider] 大致可以通用,例如:"please regard this letter as my authorization for Mr. John Chan to ......", 和 "please consider this letter as my authorization .......", 意思和用法都一樣。
