I can't download everythings!!

I buy a new computers yesterday,I can open the Internet Explorer but I cannot download anything.When I press the download key ,the system said that it can't work and open a new Internet Explorer what's the matter of my computer and how can I slove it??

I use FUJITU computer

I use administrator. when I download things , the computer said that Internet Explorer 已經停止運作,than siad Internet Explorer 重新運作.t It close the page and open a new page.WHY?? The computer also can't open 壓縮檔.

If you have FlashGet may solve the downloading problem

seems the account u are using is not an administrator. so that u cant install things & restrict to dl things. try to login with administrator or contact the sales or technical support from Fujitsu to tell u what to do.
