What sport sounds like it be best for me?

I cannot run worth a crap.
I used to be on a swim team so I have good upper body strengh.
Im not very flexiable.

I want to get into a new sport because I need something to do and make friends.

Martial Arts and Baseball keep hitting me but I have no idea if I could do them.

What sounds like it would be the best sport for me?
(No track or Soccer)

Maybe the sport i do...Gymnastics

this sounds good for you because there isn't TOO much running, and when you run in this sport, you're only doing it for 2 seconds. Upper Body strength is very important in gymnastics. And even if you're not flexible, you will get flexible if you do this sport, i wasn't until i got into gymnastics. I can do all my splits now and my back is so flexible.

Try Fencing (sword fighting)
It's a hard sport but it's really fun. It doesn't take much flexability but it does take focus, stamina, and a quick moving. There isn't running involved but the quick movement is to dodge the opponents sword. But you can't step out of the court.
It works muscles you don't usually use.

try a recreational softball team, they're tons of fun without all of the competitive drama, i used to play rec but now i'm in select. it's way more intense, and i would suggest going rec first, since you know it's new, it'd be a great way to meet new people and stay active. if the summer seasons over, try a fall ball team, it's even ten times more laid backk. plus you don't have to be flexible, you barely run, and good upper body strength is perfect..for throwing and swinging the bat, except you still use your legs a tonn.
have fun!
