Yes, as long as they don't give him a 15 year contract. I would give him a deal based on the number of games he plays in. Not that he would take it.

Given how healthy their other franchise quality player is, no. They can't afford to put that kind of money in the press box on a regular basis. They'd be better off going for Hossa and spending a little more for someone who will actually play more than 40 games a season.

dont be too sure about that, the rangers are planning on loosing a ton of cap, and sather like gaborik, and im sure a nhl player would rather play is a flourishing franchise than possible going to kansas city
