Wrong title for airtickets booking!?

My friend has accidentally put my sister as MR instead of MS for the title when purchasing air ticket by Wizzair. I read the policies of Wizzair and it only says Name change fee Per flight per passenger is 43 GBP. Do you think we can get away with it if we don't change it :( ??

I would think that wouldn't be a big problem. They would be able to easily see when you get to the airport that it was just a mistake. If you put the wrong name altogether, that would be a different story.
