In reference to the requirements of the Headquarter, all of the department managers have to establish a proposal to deal with the emergency outbreak of H1N1. The contents include how we keep in touch with the customers, how to communicate with the staffs of other departments when the outbreak occurs and the company have to be closed temporarily. Please submit the proposal to me by this week via email.

According to the requirement of the head office, the leader of each department must establish an emergency measure to prevent H1N1 in case there is any spread out which cause the company close temporally. Under this circumstance, how we can maintain the contact with our clients and communicate with each department. The head of each department must submit the proposal by e-mail within this week.
