ain't no good for you即係咩?

你好，首先 ain't 是一个不标准的英文 (nonstandard English) 来的，ain't 是 am / is / are 的否定语 (= negative for am / is / are)。原本一个双重的否定语 (a double negative) 就是代表一个原级或正面 (positive)，可是这里却是使 negative 更加的加强语气或强调的，就好像。。。

1) It ain't no good for you. = It is definitely not good for you.

2) He ain't no teacher. = He is definitely not a teacher.

不过，我不是很清楚有没有 I ain't got no water. 的。

我刚查到一些资料，原来 ain't = am not, are not, is not, have not, has not 的，我看 I ain't got no water. 就是讲述着 I have definitely not got water. / haven't definitely got water. 的咯，同样是加强 negative 的语气。

是的，我认同 [email protected] 所说的 I ain't got no water. = I have not got any water. / haven't got any water. 的，因为 no = not a / not any 的。

(1) ain't no good for you 即係 is not good for you. (2) I ain't got no water 即係 I have not got any water (I don't have any water).
呢兩句用咗兩樣非標準文法：第一， [ain't] 係非標準嘅縮寫，代表 is not, am not, are not, have not, has not. 所以响 (1) 佢係代表 is not，响 (2) 佢係代表 have not。第二，两句都用咗非標準嘅 double negative，去代表一個語氣較重嘅單 negative。所以，响 (1)，[is not no good] 解 is not good， 响 (2)，[I have not got no water] 解 I have not got any water。
標準文法的 double negative 通常解 affirmative。例如: I did not fail the examination 解 I passed the examination. 但非標準文法 (其實係錯誤文法) 好多時 double negative，甚至 triple negative，都解 single negative，例如：He ain't nobody (he is nobody)；I ain't got nothing (I haven't got anything)；he ain't no good for nothing (he is not good for anything, or he is good for nothing)。為咗要明顯咁表明嗰 double negative 係非標準，好多時响前面嘅 is not, have not 等嘅縮寫都用非標準，所以變成 (1) he ain't no good for you (2) I ain't got no water。
