How did these people make this video?

I am not familiar with WoW, but I am guessing you can try using a screen captivate software (such as Captivate or Camtasia). Just take a capture a bunch of scenes and then put them onto a timeline and then go from there (ie. add your music/audio, add flash effects, etc).
