Can i use showed instead of showing in this sentence?

Does it has any different of the meaning?

Hi, pal,
How are you doing?
Please allow me to correct your two questions first.

Can i use showed instead of showing in this sentence?

Does it has any different of the meaning?

Can/Should I use "showed" instead of (using) "showing" in the sentence above?
Would that make any difference?
Mistakes:
1) You should always use a capital letter "I" whenever you use the pronoun"I".
2) Take advantage of quotation marks. Your sentences can be more readable and understandable with proper punctuation.
3) Does it have ............................? Correct
Does it has .............................? Mistake!
If you want to ask someone if it would/will make any difference(noun),
please use my example sentence above.
4) Does it have any different( adjective)<--- mistake of the meaning?<---This is some kind of Chinglish. I do not suggest you write this way.

Now let's move on to your question.

Police are investigating an internet video clip apparently showing a man forced to walk naked in Mong Kok.

There are mistakes in your original sentence!
Mistakes:
1) The police= 警方<------------ not " police"
2) Internet <--------You need to capitalize this word.
3) If you mean " The police" 警方, you should use " IS".
e.g. The police(subject) IS( auxi verb).................................................( subject- verb agreement)
I strongly think that "警方" is appropriate here.
4) The police ARE..................Here " the police" means " policemen".

I do not think you should use " showed" in the sentence.
The Police is investigating an Internet video clip WHICH apparently shows a man ( who is) BEING FORCED to walk naked in Mong Kok.
or
The police are ( the police = policemen) investigating an Internet video clip IN WHICH a man is being forced to walk naked in Mong Kok.

No. You cannot use showed instead of showing. We use showing because it means the activity was happening at that time.

We use forced instead of forcing because the man was forced by somebody else.
