What conducts electricity well but heat poorly?

Or the other way around?

It seems that materials that conduct one well usually conduct the other well also, but it needn't be that way. Right?

In general, a non-metallic conductor will not be a good conductor of heat. Graphite is an example. There are also electrically conductive polymers

shall we take a learn out the uncomplicated bulb,,say a one hundred watt edison base frosted Ge.. it gets rather heat to touch i'm able to vouch for that yet only how heat top that temp is the variety of delta t1 -delta t2 ( exchange in tmp from ambient to operation) so shall we are asserting it gets to one hundred sixty deg F..If shall we use all of the warmth temperature from a one hundred watt basic bulb which could be 3.414 btu in keeping with watt or 3,4140 btu for one little bulb ..So now weren't talking a sprint heat temperature are we.. the undertaking is that it incredibly is that it comes from how we are able to snatch and make the top-rated of the warmth temperature and although get the uncomplicated bulb to make dark rooms remarkable. interior the previous that heat temperature has continuously been calculated into the thermal an outstanding variety of a shape the warmth temperature from lights furnishings components ..40 watts from fluorescent PLUSballast losses, wattage scores for resistance lights furnishings incandescent and interest basic ballast. The sStandardformula for calculation of it incredibly is C= UA x ( delta t1 - delta t 2) the full element approximately it incredibly is that the small heat temperature components do make a controversy for the AC/heat temperature style dressmaker...So on your question approximately probable using this small volume to regen ssomeelectricity..top it may probable be extra perfect top spent improving the utilization and reducing the bill tthat'swere the small heat temperature conversion incredibly occurs...Merry Christmas from the E...

diamond is the best for thermal conductivity, but is a very poor electrical conductor.

How about salt water. Conducts electricty very well, but depending on the volume takes a long time to heat up and/or cool off.
