I have a ground floor property. But I don't known the area of it. I need to find the 圖則 so that I can find the 面積. Does anyone known how to find the property's 圖則 from the grovernment's「綜合註冊資訊系統」網上服務?
From the government's 綜合註冊資訊系統 site, I found the following. Which one contain my property's 圖則 so that I can buy from the internet?
1) 土 地 登 記 冊
2) 註 冊 摘 要 註 冊 摘 要 日 誌
3) 政 府 租 契
4) 集 體 政 府 租 契

資訊聆可以查到單位確實面積,但要先登記&用idd
