What is the name of this cartoon?

I watched this cartoon when i was little and i cant remember much of it. I just remember a bear that always reminded me of baloo off of jungle book, and the bad guy was a tiger. There was a little bear who used to get into trouble and they used to fly in airplanes and land in the water???

It was called TaleSpin. And that bear you saw WAS Baloo.

save the tiger part, it sounds like yogie bear... and the little bear could be boo boo... As for the tiger part, i'm a loss...
