Swine flu School arrangement

1. Secondary school student is mature enough to protect themself.
2. Swine flu is not really strong. For a little kid or an old man, it may be a big problem. However, it is not a big problem for secondary school student.
3. Swine flu is not that hard to heal comparing with SARS especially on the young people and adult. So it really need to shut down the secondary school.
4. Secondary school student may go out together during the suspension. This may create more problem because no teacher to remind them to be careful on the Swine flu.
