I want to take this course because I am interested in psychology and keen on understanding myself and others. I believe there are no bad kids. As soon as we understand them and provide them with appropriate education and care, they shall be successful people in the society. Actually, I was brought up in a single-parent family and always annoyed by unsolved psychological distress. Sometime, I put my mother in great sorrow because I did not understand the way she thought. The course can help mutual understanding between us, hence achieving family of harmonization. I believe the recent incident of Zheng Sheng College is a result of misunderstanding of Miu Wo residents to the students. The residents classified the students as rubbish and refused to get in touch with them. Obviously, it is the ignorance of the residents. There are different factors leading to teenagers’ behavioural deviation, such as family problems and rapid changes in the society. Behavioural deviation is one of the growing stages of the teenagers so that we should pay more care to them. This course can help me understand the teenagers more.

This is an all-embracing course and particularly arouses my interest. I even leaped with joy when noticed that it covers tropics of psychology and politics. They can make me more knowledgeable about my State and hence build up my sense of belonging. Furthermore, the major educational books in China are always part of the curriculum of Social Science. I read some of which, such as Shi Ji (史記) and Zi Zhi Tong Jian (資治通鑑), when I was studying at A-Level. I am really interested in this books and have gained certain degree of understanding of them. Furthermore, I have good academic results in Chinese History. I strongly believe that selecting this course is right choice to me.

I want to choose this major is because I have a strong interest in psychology. I like to understand myself and the others better. I think this world does not have any bad boys. As long as you give them the appropriate care and concern, they will become successful people in the society.
Actually I was brought up in a single-mother family in which I had a lot of psychological worries remain unsolved. Sometimes I fail to understand my mother which makes her sad. This subject can help us to understand each other, is helpful to maintain a family in harmony. I feel that the college incident lately was because the citizens were unable to understand the students. The citizens thought that they are a waste of society, refused to contact with them. In my opinion, this approach is very foolish. The discrepancy of behavior in teenagers have many reasons, for example, family problem and the abrupt change of the society. Their discrepancy in behavior is a stage of their development, so we have to help and encourage them. This subject can help me to understand them.

This subject has many angles which make it interesting for me. I feel very glad to understand the psychology and the political layers. In this way, I will understand my country better which can increase my loyalty to the country. The important education books of China is a part of the subjects, e.g. Chorological of History, 資治通鑑,. I had read these books before and have a certain degree of understanding and interest. In fact, I got a D in Chinese History. Thus I seriously think I am very suitable for choosing this subject.
