本人熱愛運動,去年六月打壁球弄傷右膝(不是急性),總覺得刺痛和酸軟,特別是運動用力時,急停轉方向時,已照MRI,(Swelling in Inferior aspect of Vastus Lateralis and superoir aspect of the lateral retinaculum compatible with sprain injury and Mild quadriceps tendinosis)
已停止跑步,跳躍等激烈運動,但好了一點,仍有赤痛,有做物理治療和中醫針炙都冇咩進展,最近試過八次shockwave,都差不多,只叫我強化內側四頭肌
最慘係無端端有埋坐骨神經痛,坐太耐會大比後扯住,但做了MRI and 神經針測試,醫生說只有些L4-5退化但冇大礙
現在行路也經常擔心右膝會痛,故比較緊張,現覺得左膝有些同樣不適,可能因用左腳做主力有關,現在做水療加leg press 鍛病鍊四頭肌等
想問有冇其他方法,自膝傷後,好像多了好多病痛,腰痛頸痛,冇晒心機,請大家給些意見,小弟萬分感謝.

mwl_r ,Thanks.I think your suggestion is very good.But My impression is 麥理浩復康院' only takes care of those patient with very serious problem.Am I right?
