2^x - 2^x-2=3(2^13)2^x-2^x*2^(-2)=3(2^13)
2^x-(1/4)2^x=3(2^13)
(3/4)2^x=3(2^13)
2^x/4=2^13
2^x=4*2^13=2^2*2^13=2^15
x=15
