We have recently received several complaints from our customers
about your whiteboard pens. Obviously the pens _____(not give) our
customers satisfaction and in some cases refunds have been made to
our customers.
The whiteboard pens are part of the batch of 500 supplied against our
order number8734 dated 4 August. This _____(place) on the basis of
a sample pen which _____(send) by your representative in March.
After _____(compare) the quality of the sample pen with that of a
number of pens from this batch, we find that many of them _____(be)
not satisfactory in quality - some of them leak and others _____(run)
out of fluid after _____(write) for a short period od time.
The complaints we _____(receive) so far relate only to white board
pens from the batch mentioned above. Pens supplied before these
_____(always be) satisfactory.
We thereore wish _____(return) the unsold balance, amounting to 386 pens. Please _____(replace) them with pens of the quality which our earlier dealings with you _____(lead) us to expect.
