Re : Request for Refund of Overpaid Monies
With reference to the captioned, your last employment day with ABC Company Limited was March 24, 1999. Due to late information received, salary from March 25, 1999 to March 31, 1999 was overpaid to you on March 26, 1999. In addition, you have taken 1 day no-pay leave on March 24, 1999, your final payments have not been sufficient to offset the required deduction.
In this respect, you are required to reimburse the shortfall of HK$100.00 (details please refer to the attached calculation) to the Company by forwarding a crossed cheque in favour of “B Company Limited” to Personnel Department, 1/F., Nathan Road, Kowloon. Attn: Sue Lee on or before xxxxx(Date)

Your resignation without giving sufficient notice for service termination refers. According to Section 7 of your Employment Agreement, 7 days’ notice or salary in lieu of notice to the Company for service termination is required.
