我回鄉證過左期, 我已經申請換領新既, 8號先拎得
但我3號要番大陸, 咁可以唔可以用護照(BNO)過關?!

香港的中國藉居民番大陸，只能用回鄉証。如果你是外國國藉的人，就一定要去中國外交部駐港簽證處辦簽證，或托中旅社代辦簽證，除簽證費外要加收手續費。2009-06-22 10:47:32 補充：
講左香港中國藉居民番大陸，一定要用回鄉證，過左期要趕住去就快證啦；特區護照和 BNO 係唔俾入境，如果唔信可以試，睇俾唔俾你入境？

According to your inforamtion, you are not allowed to use 回鄉證 to china. Since the HK and Macau citizen must use the 回鄉證 for travel between china and HK.
Unless you report less of your 回鄉證 then apply a one time visa but I am not suggest you using this method since you already applied to renew your 回鄉證.
