想問一個英文句子，句子中事件發生的先後順序！
She has been with Sony for more than 15 years, first joining Sony France, where she held increasingly senior positions in marketing and sales management, before moving to London as Europe Marketing Director, and later as General Manager of the Swiss subsidiary of Sony.
這個句子用到了 first、before和later，但是由句型我判斷不太出來，到底哪個職務先哪個職務後？例如那個 before，它是指 before what？later又是指later from when？煩請英語高手幫幫我，萬分感謝！

Before is referred to " before moving to london, she held increasingly senior positions in marketing and sales management in France."
Later is referred to " After being the Europe Marketing Director, she was transferred to Swiss subsidiary of Sony"
