Additional fees

Courier feeCompleted passports can be returned to you by courier at a fee of HK$25.

Call out feeThere is a call out fee for issuing a temporary or emergency passport outside of office hours. You will need to add this fee (per hour or part of an hour) to the cost of the passport.

Methods of payment

Payments by Visa, Mastercard, EPS, or by Cashier's Order from any registered Hong Kong bank made payable to: British Consulate-General Hong Kong only. However they do accept cash. Please note that they do not accept payment by personal cheque.
