Atheists are intelligent people like lawyers. Just like to know if there are things that they don't know abou?

No offense but atheists are not intelligent.
I've talked to many of them and yet to see what they have done with atheism.
They say there is no God, but where has it gotten them?
Nowhere.
The world does not take them seriously.

I know next to nothing about professional sports.

Or about speaking Polish -- but I got my wife for that (she spent a couple years in the Peace Corps.)

Anyone who would claim to know everything about everything would just be making a fool of themselves.

I wouldn't group all lawyers in the category of "intelligent" ... but yes, the amount of things I don't know about greatly outweighs the amount of things I do know about.

There's even stuff that I'll never know I don't know about.

Plenty of things I don't know about. The atheists aren't the ones claiming to have certain knowledge and ultimate truth around here. Arrogant claims like that are the forte of the religious.

My brother is an atheist and he's an engineer (geotechnical). He doesn't know lots of stuff.

First, do you know the combined weight of all the sand on all the beaches of Hawaii? I think I can safely assume that you don’t. This brings us to the second question: Do you know how many hairs are on the back of a fully grown male Tibetan yak? Probably not. Therefore, it is reasonable for me to conclude that there are some things you don’t know. It is important to ask these questions because there are some people who think they know everything.

They know nothing important

I have no idea how they sharpen serrated blades. I've always wondered that.

What "smart" people do is they research. I open up Google, I read for a minute, I look at pictures, and I see a simple elegant machine that I've never seen before that will do exactly that.

You could be super-smart if you wanted.

In the digital age all ignorance is willful. We're not special. We're just willing to learn. Shut up and have a good day.

I don't know anything with absolute certainty. I deal in degrees of doubt.

Depends on your definition of "intelligent".

Atheists aren't ALL smart. You get your dumb ones every now and then. But at least they're not gullible sheep.
