其實應入 Machinery (Fixed Assets).

*如果係用於廠房的話, 可入 Plant & Machinery
*如果係 Office 的話, 入落 Office Equipment 都免強可以

先搞清楚 大陸公司買的, 是否 屬於香港公司擁有的 固定資產? 呢樣請搞清楚先.

如果係, 分類 要睇下 呢部機你 點用先... 你係乜類型的廠?

If 大陸公司 is a separate legal entity to your Hong Kong company, then it is not the assets of the Hong Kong company even the Hong Kong company is holding the shares of this大陸公司. The payment of this machinery is only a payment on behalf of the company in mainland. In this case, Dr. Current Account with 大陸公司, Cr. Bank.
Unless the title of the machinery still remained with the company, then Dr. Plant and Machinery or Office Equipment Cr. Bank

應記入" Furniture and Fittings", 因是公司的一個安置. 每年提折舊.
