我E家15就黎16歲,我個人因為有做push up 同 sit-up,所以身體算係一個有少少大隻既身型.
但係我個頭比其他人大,最大問題係個膊因為咁好似好窄咁,望落好似好細粒,又唔夠橫,有咩分法可以改善??
