本來「財多」和「身子弱」，是兩回事！那是假設多於真實的！所以我會把這假設性的說法，翻譯如下：
If one is rich, one is usually poor in health 吧！
If one is rich, one is usually poor in health 吧！

”財多身子弱” 的英文

我的理解係: 雖然兩者不見得有任何直接的關係, 但係两件事總係巧合地同時發生, 它們或多或少係有點玄妙的關係.
要表達當兩件事共存, 我地除左可以用”co-exist”或者 “exist together”, 仲可以用這個phrasal verb “go together”.

旦係有差唔多意思既sentence

呢人句野我都只係係電影到學返黎
