沙漠化 防治措施 個人方法 把海水運送到沙漠中心 把水蒸發 就可以下雨 和補充地下水 當然在綠化 沙漠 一來可以不用怕沙塵 指要co2中有水份子在 沙塵自然不會飛起來 反正沒關係用管線運 海水 很快就有解果了 不知那是否會好用

Yes , you are right .I have thought of this way already and it is a very good way to solve this problem.
there is still other ways to solve this problem:
1. Plant more trees and grass , water them two times a day.
2. Put the waste water to there and will make the dessert not so dry.
3. Call more people to live there so that there will be more water to the dessert.
