突然間上唔到msn？！

錯誤碼 80048823

請留意電腦的系統時間是否正確

第一步：在【開始】→【執行】輸入 %userprofile%\contacts 然後按確定。

部分人資料夾裡面可能會沒有任何檔案，其實是因為被隱藏起來了。

所以這時候你要點選那資料夾上的【工具】→【資料夾選項】→【檢視】

此時你會看到【進階設定】方塊，之後你要再裡面找到一個

【隱藏檔案和資料夾】裡【顯示所有檔案和資料夾】

點選這項目後按確定就會出現那些隱藏檔案了。

在資料夾 contacts 裡面有一個是你MSN帳號的資料夾，將它整個刪除，就完成第一步了。

第二步：接下來在【開始】→【執行】

輸入 %userprofile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Windows Live Contacts

然後按確定。此時會出現一個名為Windows Live Contacts的資料夾。

做法跟第一步一樣。把那個你MSN帳號的資料夾整個刪除，就大功告成了。

接下來就重新登入你的MSN，應該就會成功了。
