1. Yes. But most of the schorships are not available to international students. Even you qualify, these schorships will be so competitive that you will end up nothing.
2. You can check with the bank. Usually P-Loan will be offered.

4. It is a must to have financial support, not a sponsor.
5. The school will provide that information to you.

1. Tons of scholarships are being offered each semester, but if you are an international student, you might not be qualified for most of them. Unless you are going to a private college, each award is usually somewhere around USD$100-500, but due to the budget cut, it might be even less. But then of course the tuition will be VERY different.

2. Not sure about HK as I don't live there anymore but none in the states for sure. Only US permanent resident or citizen will be qualified for a loan.

I am not sure about question #4,5 as I am not an international student

1) if the school that admitted u is a community college....
I think there is a general scholarship for international student..
otherwise, I dun think there are any scholarships avaliable for us.
And my friend told me that the general scholarship is only gonna
be 200-300USD....

2) I dun think there are any loans for international student.

4) if ur parents are not gonna be ur sponsors, then who elses are
gonna support u? just write whoever gonna pay ur tuition. If
that's u, just write urself.

5) arround 17,000USD for a year, so u need arround 150,000 HKD
in your account rite now.
it's for community college. if you admitted in a university, it will
be more expensive.
