刪除惡意程式

最近每次上網的首頁總是跳到去一個惡意網頁, 我試過在"網際網路選項"內更改首頁, 但始終都是跳回到這個惡意網頁內, 請問有沒有高手可以教我如何將這個惡意網頁程式永遠刪除,
