Well first, you have to find a commom denominator so that would be 65 becase 13 times 5 equals 65. And then multiply 4 by 13 and 2 by 5.

So the answer would be 62 over 65 or 62/65. You cant reduce that any further.

u just multiplt the denominators and the numerators

so its (4*2)/(5*13) = 8/65
