Let the two numbers be 4x and 4(x+1)the larger number is less than twice of the smaller one by at least 16
4(x+1)+16<2(4x)
4x+20<8x
4x>20
x>5
since x is an integer , then the min. x is 6
the min value of two numbers are 24 and 28
