E & M 代表乜?

E stands for "electric", while M stands for "mechanics"
E & M issues means issues related to either eletricity or mechanical stuff. For layman terms, E&M represents building services "風、火、水、電"
e.g. MVAC (mechanical ventilation & air-conditioning), fire services (sprinkers, extinguishers, etc.), lift / elevator, water supply, flushing, drainage, lighting, etc.

E for Egg.
M for Milk.
